This pair has been giving us fantastic profits, 300-400 pips at a time very reliably for quite a while. It has once again gone to the top of the channel, and everything points to a new trip to the bottom. Dollar weakness has been the theme, and the USDCHF has been in a nice down trending channel. This one is a no brainer.
As with all trading, of course, nothing is a given, so set your stops accordingly.
Sell at 0.9650 or thereabouts. Stop Loss at 0.9720 or higher. Limit at 0.9400, though if it looks to drop further, as is the standard procedure, adjust your stops as it drops, and move the limit further down or even remove altogether once your stop is protecting profits. This may be the time it breaks through the bottom of the channel.
